We have a fit for you and your family!  Indoor programs are held at the Fit Room at Fairgrounds Park (532 N. Cannon Ave. Hagerstown, MD 21740) unless otherwise noted in program description. Enroll online by clicking on the four-digit activity number listed below; hyperlinks take you to ActiveNet, our secure online registration portal. Registration is required for all series and one-day activities at least 24 hours in advance of program start date unless noted in program description; programs must meet minimum enrollment levels. Led by nutritionist, Cheryle McKee, this program includes meal plans, recipes, strategies, coaching webinars and group chat opportunities to successfully break up with sugar the day after Valentine’s Day. This five- part series will help you embrace and enjoy positive change as a catalyst for new experiences. Learn mental techniques to handle urges, visualize your success, and incorporate joy into your positive lifestyle adjustments. Meets once weekly for 4 weeks, followed by final session 3 weeks later. First session lasts 2 hours, then one hour + for each following session. Led by Marie Hawse of Hagerstown Hypnosis Center. $275.

Photography Workshop

Flying Fitness Level 0, 1 & 2

Belly Dancing is a great way to have fun, meet new people, and discover new muscles! This class will teach dance posture, isolations, shimmies, and traveling steps all combined into a short choreography. Belly dance improves flexibility and is gentle on the knees and ankles, making it appropriate for individuals of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. No previous dance experience is necessary; for ages 16 years and up. Ages 8 years and older may attend with a supervising adult age 21 years or over. Led by Aleesa Banzhoff.
