Embody Yoga Series

A journey of self that brings many physical, mental and emotional benefits. Through Yoga postures, mindfulness and breathing techniques, we are able to naturally lower stress and anxiety, find calm and reduce chances of lifestyle diseases. This series encompasses Yoga postures to build strength, mobility, flexibility and proper breathing techniques for overall health and well-being. Deep relaxation, mindful movement and breath awareness will be included in every class. Class held in person in the Fit Room, but also available virtually. Led by Michelle Grimes. $115/returning students, $140/new students.

During seven weeks of dance, students will learn the basics of ballet and acro dance with a small dance recital at the end of the semester. Dance uniform: ballet shoes, optional pink leotard, pink tights, skirt, favorite stuffed animal, and tiara. Instructor, Olga Snodgrass. Ages 3-6. $65/7 weeks.
