Ballet & Acro

A high energy class, students will learn basics of ballet, center work, jumps, and acro dance with a more complex combination. Dance uniform: ballet shoes, black leotard, and black tights. No experience required. Instructor, Olga Snodgrass. Ages 6-12. $80/8-wks, $65/6-wks.

During seven weeks of dance, students will learn the basics of ballet and acro dance with a small dance recital at the end of the semester.
Dance uniform: ballet shoes, optional pink leotard, pink tights, skirt, favorite stuffed animal, and tiara. Instructor, Olga Snodgrass. Ages 3-6. $80/8-wks, $65/6-wks.
Belly Dance Technique & Choreography

Belly Dancing is a great way to have fun, meet new people, and discover new muscles! This class will teach dance posture, isolations, shimmies, and traveling steps all combined into a short choreography. Belly dance improves flexibility and is gentle on the knees and ankles making it appropriate for individuals of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels.
Hybrid class available in person, or virtually. No previous dance experience is necessary! Led by Aleesa Banzhoff Qetesh. Ages 16+ (ages 8+ w/supervising adult). $40/4-wks. $80/8-wks.
Embody Yoga Series

This series with Michelle Grimes encompasses Yoga postures to build strength, mobility, and flexibility, as well as proper breathing techniques to improve overall health and well-being. Deep relaxation, mindful movement, and breath awareness, will be included in every class! $140/new students, $115/returning students.
Zumba Basic in the Fit Room

Zumba is a form of fitness class in which you burn off calories by dancing to different kinds of lively tunes, often Latin-American inspired such as salsa, merengue and samba, but also other types of modern music like hip hop. It's a total workout, combining all elements of fitness-- cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, boosted energy-- and a serious dose of awesome in every class. Drop-in for $10/class, or $50/6-wks.
Zumba Toning in the Fit Room

Zumba Toning combines body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work infused with Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training fitness atmosphere. Students learn how to use lightweight toning sticks/weights (2-5 lbs) to enhance rhythm and tone all all their target zones, including arms, abs, thighs, and buttocks. Drop-in for $5/class, or $30/6-wks.
