We have a fit for you and your family!  Indoor programs are held at the Fit Room at Fairgrounds Park (532 N. Cannon Ave. Hagerstown, MD 21740) unless otherwise noted in program description. Enroll online by clicking on the four-digit activity number listed below; hyperlinks take you to ActiveNet, our secure online registration portal. Registration is required for all series and one-day activities at least 24 hours in advance of program start date unless noted in program description; programs must meet minimum enrollment levels. Sign up early so we can be in touch with you regarding program-related updates. Participate in a real hands-on archaeology excavation effort at the historic site of the Saylor House at Kiwanis Park by the Antietam Creek. In partnership with the Washington County Historical Trust and Little Antietam Creek, Inc. (LACI). $40/6-weeks. To be offered virtually! 
Historic Window Workshop

Join instructors David Gibney and Paul Wade at the Saylor House as they cover all your need to know to save, repair, and maintain old windows. Hands-on workshop to repair your own windows or work on windows provided. $150/3-days.
Historic Homes Exterior Repairs
Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Join instructors Paul Wade and David Gibney for this two-day workshop as they demonstrate techniques to assess, repair, and replace soffits, facia boards and hang gutters on the Saylor House. Participants will be hands-on to repair these features on the Saylor House. $100/2-days.

Aikido Basics

Art of Self Defense

This program consists of mental (conflict resolution) and physical practices (self-defense skills) to gain experience in order to make goof decisions when being confronted by an aggressor. Belly Dance Technique & Choreography

Belly Dancing is a great way to have fun, meet new people, and discover new muscles! This class will teach dance posture, isolations, shimmies, and traveling steps all combined into a short choreography. Belly dance improves flexibility and is gentle on the knees and ankles, making it appropriate for individuals of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. No previous dance experience is necessary; for ages 16 years and up. Ages 8 years and older may attend with a supervising adult age 21 years or over. Led by Aleesa Banzhoff.
