Indoor programs are held at the Fit Room at Fairgrounds Park (532 N. Cannon Ave. Hagerstown, MD 21740) unless otherwise noted in program description. Aerial Fitness

Fridays, 7:15-8:15pm and 1st & 3rd Sundays, 1:00-2:00pm
This aerial fitness class uses suspended hammock apparatus to utilize the concepts of aerial yoga to assist in increasing flexibility and strength throughout the whole body. Class starts with soothing sound bowl meditation, and eases into a wonderful stretching flow experience with some strength training to tone & lengthen the muscles. Some guided inversions will occur. 1hr, $20/person.
Tricks*
Fridays, 6-7pm
This aerial fitness class uses the suspended hammock apparatus to create different poses and shapes with the body. Practice restoring balance, building strength, and increasing flexibility. Most importantly, have fun in the air while building confidence and inner trust. 1hr. $20/person.

Afro Beats Dance

Afro Beats Dance is a unique fusion of traditional and modern-day African derived movements. Experience an uplifting, fun, dynamic movement experience combined with rhythmic African music while learning about cultural influences and elements. Perfect for beginners. Children welcome. Ballet & Acro
Thursdays, 4:35-5:05pm
A high energy class, students will learn basics of ballet, center work, jumps, and acro dance with a more complex combination. Dance uniform: ballet shoes, black leotard, and black tights. No experience required. Instructor, Olga Snodgrass. Ages 5-10. $100/10 weeks.

Belly Dance is an ancient art form that is beautiful, elegant, mysterious, and playful. Join instructor, Kri "Lalita" Wiant, as she teaches basic belly dance technique and fun, flirty choreography. All bodies are welcome, no prior dance experience is required. $40/4wks.

CPR Certification
This American Heart Association BLS course trains individuals to respond to life-threatening emergencies. This course covers adult, infant and children CPR, choking, AED use, and opioid related emergency care. Age 12+. Instructed by Chucks Heart 2 Heart CPR and First Aid. $45/person.

This course provides CPR/ AED and first aid certification for lay providers. This certification is ideal for all non-healthcare workers who require it for employment or simply for personal knowledge/ preparedness. Ages 12+, instructed by Life-Saving Solutions. $45/person.

Our program is designed to help develop coordination and athleticism in young kids. No matter what, your kids can get in great condition and help them become balanced, well-rounded athletes through running. We teach the fundamentals using structured practices, form drills, running specific exercises, and running specific plyometrics. This is a program designed to teach young athletes the fundamentals of running! We know families usually have a full summer or fall schedule planned. In an effort to keep kids active over the summer and get them away from computer screens we are offering flexible programming. Ages 3-14. $100/6wks.
Eating to Live Well

Join us as we discover what it means to eat and live well. We will dive into a variety of cooking methods, quick and simple recipes, important nutrients/food groups, mindful eating, and caloric recommendations. Food demos and friendly sized samples will be provided during some sessions. Led by Instructors Aspen Flook and Norma Patterson. $50/6wks.
Embody Yoga
Wednesdays, 6:00 - 7:00 pm
This series with Michelle Grimes encompasses Yoga postures to build strength, mobility, and flexibility, as well as proper breathing techniques to improve overall health and well-being. Deep relaxation, mindful movement, and breath awareness will be included in every class. $80/8wks. Drop-in $15/class.
Gymnastics for Kids

Gymnastics is a fun and exciting way for children to develop coordination, strength, and flexibility, while also improving focus and discipline. Coach Paula has been coaching a variety of ages and ability levels for 14 years, including 57 State, 8 Regional and 1 National Champions, and she loves sharing her passion for gymnastics with young athletes. The goal of this class is for students to learn basic skills and progressions on vault, bars, beam and floor, while having fun and improving fitness. Ages 3-11.
Beginners: $18/class, $68/ 4-week series.
Intermediate: $26/class, $102/ 4-wk series.
Preteam: $272/4-wk series.

Healthy Heart Indoor Walking
Wednesdays, 10:00am - 10:40 am
If you're looking to improve your health and shed some pounds with great music and some dance moves thrown in this is definitely a program for you! Whether you walk, jog, do some aerobic exercises, or even throw in your own dance moves, you'll be having fun and getting your steps in! Ages 15+. $60/6wks. Drop-in $10.

Learn new skills, strengthen your relationship with the ground and unlock freedom of movement with a movement practice centered around physical play. This class combines floorwork, basic acrobatics and interactive partner games to create a space where people can explore their bodies abilities while connecting with others in a fun and supportive environment. Ages 16+. Drop-in $15. $60/4wks.
Pound
Mondays, 6:00-6:45pm & Saturdays, 9:00-9:45am
Full body workout combining cardio, conditioning, strength training, yoga and Pilates inspired movements. Pound transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way to work out. Designed for all fitness levels and abilities. A judgment free zone for letting loose, getting energized and rocking out! Drumsticks provided. Led by Instructors Norma Patterson and Aspen Flook. Receive a free yoga mat with online registration. Ages 18+. $110/6wks. Includes 1 free class. Drop-in $10.
Princess Ballerina
Thursdays, 4:00-4:30pm
During ten weeks of dance, students will learn the basics of ballet and acro dance with a small dance recital at the end of the semester. Dance uniform: ballet shoes, optional pink leotard, pink tights, skirt, favorite stuffed animal, and tiara. Instructor, Olga Snodgrass. Ages 3-5. $100/100 weeks.
Slow Flow Yoga
Saturdays, 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Beneficial for both beginners and advanced practitioners, this yoga class is designed to help relieve stress and tension, strengthen the body, and develop flexibility and stability. This 60-minute class allows for space between postures while still retaining the rhythm of a vinyasa flow class. Modifications are included for all body types and skill levels. Mats and props are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own. $75/6wks. Drop-in $15/class.
Yoga for Kids
Wednesdays, 9:15am - 9:45 am
This program has fun high energy yoga songs that will encourage them to burn off some energy and have some fun! The songs are all kid friendly, entertaining, and best of all, they're pretty catchy so your little ones may come home with some new songs and teach the family some of their yoga moves. Ages 2.5-5. $70/10wks. Drop-in $10/class.
Zumba
Saturdays, 10:00- 11:00 am
Zumba is a form of fitness class in which you burn off calories by dancing to different kinds of lively tunes, often Latin-American inspired such as salsa, merengue and samba, but also other types of modern music like hip hop. It's a total workout, combining all elements of fitness-- cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, boosted energy-- and a serious dose of awesome in every class. Drop-in for $10/class, or $60/6wks.
