The teacher will guide students to focus on the awareness of their breath, sensations in the body, emotions, and thoughts. This deep relation practice has said to be equivalent to approximately 4 hours of sleep. Studies have found that Yoga Nidra is more effective in reducing anxiety than Meditation alone. This practice is open to everyone, no previous Yoga, or Meditation experience is needed. Please bring socks and anything to make you comfortable while lying on a mat. Pillows and blankets are welcome! $25/ class, $15 for returning students.
