Yoga at the Fit Room
Yoga For Weight Loss I 
Mondays & Wednesdays, 5:45 p.m. -7:00 p.m. 

     Flowing Vinyasa Yoga generates heat in the body, combining strengthening cardio, breath techniques, and posture alignment that tones the body and aids in weight management and weight loss. This new extended class meets for 75 minutes twice weekly with yoga instructor, Michelle Grimes. Returning students, Meritus employees: $115. New Students: $140. Drop-in, $15/class.

Yoga For Weight Loss II
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:45 p.m. -6:45 p.m. 

     Balance the mind and body, build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness as you learn to flow through the postures of Yoga.  This “moving meditation” known as Vinyasa Yoga is fun and energizing while calming and peaceful. Meets twice weekly for one hour each day, promoting weight loss by gently increasing heart rate while strengthening and toning. Great for beginners! Guided class series by instructor, Renea Moran. Returning students, Meritus employees, 100 Milers & WCPS staff: $95. New Students: $115. Drop-in, $10/class.
