Embody Yoga Series

Yoga is a journey of self that brings many physical, mental, and emotional benefits. Through Yoga postures, mindfulness, and breathing techniques, we are able to naturally lower stress and anxiety, learn how to find calm in our busy lives, and reduce our chances of lifestyle diseases, such as hypertension. This series with Michelle Grimes encompasses Yoga postures to build strength, mobility, and flexibility, as well as proper breathing techniques to improve overall health and well-being. Deep relaxation, mindful movement, and breath awareness, will be included in every class! $115/returning students /100 milers/etc.$140/new student. 
Virtual Yoga to Relax and Renew
Tuesdays, 6-7pm 

- Sept. 7-21 (#7387)
Enjoy this restorative break in the comfort of your own home. Relax and renew with this break from our hectic lives. Class includes slow movement while connecting to the breath, restorative poses and stretches, and guided meditation. This class is suitable for both beginners and experienced students, offering options for everyone. You will leave class feeling well rested and refreshed! Led by 200 Hour RYT Charna Moore. $40/6-weeks.

Aqua Yoga

Tuesdays, 6:15-7:15pm 

Enjoy all the fun and benefits of Yoga, just add water! This class focuses on increased flexibility, balance, and strength, while staying cool in the pool! Meets at Potterfield Pool. Instructor, Charna Moore. $75/10-wks, $40/5-wks, $10/class
