Gentle Yoga for Beginners

This accessible yoga class is great for beginners! Gentle, slower movements between yoga poses with an emphasis on connecting break with movement. Ideal for calming the mind and relaxing the body. Led by Instructor Bonnie Abbott. $45/5 classes. $10 drop-in.

Yoga at the Fit Room

Virtual Yoga to Relax and Renew 
Tuesdays, 6:00-7:00pm

Relax and renew with this break from our hectic lives. Class includes slow movement while connecting to the breath, restorative poses and stretches, and guided meditation. You will leave this class feeling well rested and refreshed! Led by 500 Hour RYT Charna Moore. $80/11 wks (session 1), $85/12 wks (session 2), $10/class.

Embody Yoga

Mondays & Wednesdays, 5:45-6:45pm

This series with Michelle Grimes encompasses Yoga postures to build strength, mobility, and flexibility, as well as proper breathing techniques to improve overall health and well-being. Deep relaxation, mindful movement, and breath awareness, will be included in every class! $140/new students, $115/returning students.
