Yoga at the Fit Room
Yoga For Weight Loss I 
Mondays & Wednesdays, 5:45 p.m. -7:00 p.m. 

     Flowing Vinyasa Yoga generates heat in the body, combining strengthening cardio, breath techniques, and posture alignment that tones the body and aids in weight management and weight loss. This class meets twice weekly with yoga instructor, Michelle Grimes.
8-weeks returning students, Meritus, WCPS, City of Hagerstown employees & Hub City 100 Milers: $115. New students: $140. Drop-in: $15/class.

Yoga For Weight Loss Schedule
Mondays & Wednesdays, 5:30-7:00 pm - Virtual
- 4-week series (July 6-July 29), $65
- 4-week series (August 3-August 26), $65
- 8-week series (July 6-August 26), $115
This yoga series focuses on a strong mind-boy connection, while toning the body and burning fat. Learn how yoga speeds up the metabolism, enhances self awareness, and helps encourage your progress to make healthier food choices. 
Yoga For The Older Student
This class is geared for those in their 40s-60s who are looking for a smaller class with personalized instruction and a lot of tips on how to practice safely. No previous experience required, no need to be already flexible. All ages welcome. Each class ends with a long relaxation. All students should be able to get down and up from the floor. Younger and older students are welcome; led by Diana Woodall.

September 1 (#6930) Sample Class, $5
September 8- October 6 (#6928), series only, no drop ins, $50
