Gymnastics for Kids
Gymnastics is a fun and exciting way for your child to develop coordination, strength, and flexibility, while also improving focus and discipline. The goal of this class is for students to learn basic skills and progressions on vault, bars, beam and floor, while having fun and improving fitness.
Lessons are available Fridays & Sundays. Ages 3-12. Drop-ins are welcome for Beginner Level activities!

Personal Training

Reach your fitness goals with instructor Paula Shaibani with customized personal training. She is a Certified Personal Trainer with experience in helping clients lose weight, get in shape, reach strength goals, and improve mobility and function. Instructor
Coach Paula has been coaching gymnastics and Trampoline & Tumbling, along with individual strength and flexibility sessions for a variety of ages and ability levels for 17 years, including 63 State, 11 Regional and 1 National Champions, and she loves sharing her passion for gymnastics with her athletes.
