Effective January 1, 2019 the use of any tobacco products or the use of electronic cigarettes is prohibited in all City of Hagerstown parks.

This prohibition does not apply to the Municipal Golf Course. The sign (at right) will be posted concerning this prohibition. A violator of this section could face any applicable civil or criminal penalties and may be issued a Letter of No Trespass and be prohibited from entering onto City of Hagerstown park properties.
