This year’s theme is based on one of Hagerstown’s proudest and most visible accomplishments of 2019: Economic Development. It’s about how the collective efforts of investors, developers, businesses, companies and city staff changed the landscape of Hagerstown in order to advance the economy, image and quality of life for all of us.
