Parking Rates
Parking Meters
Enjoy free parking at all on-street and lot meters after 5 p.m. each weekday and all day on weekends.
Parking meters on the streets and lots in the downtown and all parking lots EXCEPT the Antietam St. Lot (Next to the District Court House)
• $1.00 = 1 Hour
• $.50 = 30 Minutes
• $.25 = 15 Minutes
The Antietam Street Parking Lot (District Court):
• $2.00 = 1 Hour
Parking Garages
The City of Hagerstown operates three parking garages:
• University District parking garage at 25 N. Potomac Street
• Arts and Entertainment parking garage at 25 Renaissance Way
• Hub City parking garage at 50 W. Antietam St.
All are open 7 days a week / 24 hours a day.
Daily Parking Rates
Enjoy free parking 6 am to 2pm Sunday.
• $2.00 minimum (up to one hour)
• $2.00 each additional hour or part thereof
• $24.00 daily maximum
• $24.00 lost ticket
Special Event Rates
• $5.00 at University District parking garage
• $10.00 at Hub City parking garage
Monthly Parking Rates
• $70.00 at University District parking garage
• $80.00 at Arts and Entertainment parking garage
• $90.00 at Hub City parking garage
• $56.00 Parking Lots Monthly Permits
Student Parking Rates
• $28.00 per month - Monthly Parking Permit - Fillable
Valid for the Central Lot and Rochester Lot. Permits can be purchased at City Hall at the 1st floor billing office between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. Students must show some form of school ID to receive the rate.
The parking lot permit does not guarantee a parking space. If your lot is full or unavailable due to weather, an event, etc., the permit will work in the other listed lots as well. The one lot permit works in both parking lots. No student rate is available for parking garages.
