2026 City Park Plein Air Art Festival

Welcome one and all to Hagerstown City Park for an open-air day of creativity! Artists are invited to bring your own supplies and create original works of art outdoors inspired by nature. Hosted by the Hagerstown Parks & Recreation Division, Valley Art Association of the Mansion House Art Center, and the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts. Free to the public; artist registration includes free tour. This year's theme "It's in Our Nature."
