Hagerstown Gridiron Championship Classic

The Annual Hagerstown Gridiron Championship Classic between the Rebels of South Hagerstown High School and the Hubs of North Hagerstown High School. At the end of the game, the Mayor will present the perpetual trophy to the winning team to be kept at their school throughout the year. Info:

Music, caroling, Santa, and of course, the lighting of the tree on Public Square!

Christkindl Markt

Join Main Street Hagerstown for the Christkindl Markt, a German Christmas shopping tradition. Come celebrate Hagerstown’s cultural heritage with a German shopping experience in the heart of downtown to kick off the holiday season. On Saturday, November 30, the market runs from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm in University Plaza and will feature live music, local vendors with crafts, holiday gifts, artwork, wreaths, drinks and other treats. On Sunday, it will run from noon to 4:00pm. Bring the kids for special kid’s activities and to meet Santa! Area restaurants will offer specials and discounts to tie into the festivities of the event.
