Project Overview:

Bowman Development is converting a historic landmark that was formerly used as a Masonic Temple into class A office space.

The basement features a large stage and banquet hall. The first floor and two upper floors will be transformed into class A office space or possibly retail or restaurant space. Much of the design will depend on the prospective tenants need.
