Join us for the official lighting of holiday lights and music on City Park lake from 5-8pm. Enjoy free family friendly activities and watch the lights turn on at 7pm on Friday, December 5.

Activities

Washington County Museum of Fine Arts- Enjoy the wonderful Christmas Tree and seasonal holiday displays throughout the Museum. Galleries free and open to the public. The Museum Shop will be open for unique gifts and art-inspired items!

Valley Art Association- Art Activity & Giveaways next to Photo Areas including Inflatable Snow Globe & Photos with Santa plus live Christmas Carolers!

Outdoor Activities- Donut & Hot Chocolate Tent sponsored by The Maryland Theatre (while supplies last), Craft Vendors, Petting Zoo, Sponsor Giveaways.

Lakeside Activities- Fire Dancing & Ice Sculptures! DJ Ryan Smetzer will emcee from the Lake Pavilion.

Food Vendors- Still Smokin' BBQ, The Poppin Kettle (kettlecorn), Travelin' Tom's Coffee Truck, plus various baked goods!

Merry & Bright Holiday Lights Tour

This 45-minute tour throughout Downtown Hagerstown and surrounding neighborhoods will bring holiday spirit to one and all. Ride up top in the open-air seating for the best views or down below where you will be protected from the wind, but dress warmly for this winter wonderland ride. This is an ideal opportunity to gather your loved ones and create cherished memories together.
