Responsibilities & Services
The Hagerstown Wastewater Division works to protect public health and the environment through the proper collection and treatment of wastewater and safe disposal of residuals. Additionally, the division strives to provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to customer service requests, as well as timely review and response to development proposals from customers-to-be.
