23. We appreciate your request and will do our best to meet your preferred timeframe. However, due to request volume and time constraints, we cannot guarantee that all requested timeframes will be available.

Please do not schedule unless ready for inspection.  Site must be safely accessible for inspections.  If not safely accessible, or work is NOT ready for inspection, the inspection will NOT be conducted and a reinspection fee will be charged.  Please call 301-739-8577 Ext. 123 for additional information or assistance.

29. Requests submitted before 3:00 PM will be scheduled for the next business day.

    Requests received after 3:00 PM on Friday will be processed Monday afternoon and added to the Tuesday inspection schedule.
