1. How can I dispose of large, unwanted items that regular trash does not take?

2. How can I get a street tree trimmed?

Please fill out a Street Tree Maintenance Request Form and we will go out and assess the type of work needed on the tree. After we looked at the tree we will contact the Department of Natural Resources to obtain necessary permits. Then we will notify our contractor and they will schedule requested work. To know for sure that your tree is designated as a street tree please see City Code 216.3. Street Tree Maintenance Request Form

3. My trash was not picked up today. Who should I call?

Please call the Hagerstown Recycles hotline at (301) 739-8577 ext. 106; our office does not handle residential trash other than the Bulk Trash Pick Up Program.
