Invoice Cloud Azure Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) will be going through a migration process during a planned monthly maintenance window on Sunday, February 5th. The maintenance window is scheduled from 4:00 AM EST through 12:00 PM EST. All Invoice Cloud portals, services and IVR lines will be temporarily unavailable. A maintenance message will be displayed to payers who attempt to access InvoiceCloud during this time. After the updates are complete, the system will become available again and any pending processes will resume.
The username and password you were using to pay the City of Hagerstown online prior to January 31, 2022 will not work for this new website. When entering information for utility payments (electric or water), you must use Account # - customer ID # Example. 1234567-12345, with the “-“ between the two numbers. You are not required to register a new account with Invoice Cloud but you will have more payment options if you do so.
