           Pam has been with the City since April 2011 as a Code Compliance Building Inspector.  Pam has  
           worked in the construction trade since 2004.  Pam received a bachelor’s degree in Architectural
           Engineering from Penn State University.  Pam holds 30 ICC Inspector and Plan Reviewer
           certifications.  Pam is the only female Master Code Official in Maryland, the highest certification
           from the International Code Council.  Pam is a code compliance inspector and assists with building
           plan review, permitting, and building inspections.
