Jim joined the City in April 2011 as a Code Compliance Plumbing Inspector.  Prior to working for the City, Jim worked in the plumbing trade for over 35 years and held a masters plumbing license for the last 15 of those years.  Jim holds 10 ICC Inspector certifications.  Jim has also been a volunteer fire fighter since 1980 with the City and has been a Captain since 1985.  His current station is Engine 2.
