Amanda joined the City of Hagerstown in July 2023. As the Business/Community Development Finance Specialist, she engages business clients, homeowners, investment property owners, and others in the administration and tracking of various loan, grant, and economic development inventive programs. Amanda comes to the city with over 23 years of residential lending and has served on many local boards, including being the president of the Hagerstown Homestore for the past several years. She has lived in the city of Hagerstown for over 15 years, being a city resident has given her a passion for community service to better serve the people in the community and help businesses thrive with the intention of promoting positive change and growth.
