Margi joined the City of Hagerstown in April 2022.  As Community Development Manager, she oversees a variety of vital programs, including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, the Hagerstown Revolving Loan Fund, the Invest Hagerstown Homeownership Program, and other housing rehabilitation and neighborhood revitalization initiatives. She also serves as an active member of numerous key review committees within the City. With more than 20 years of experience across financial reporting, economic development, and B2B customer relations, Margi brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Virginia University and a Master of Business Administration from Frostburg State University.
