When can I attend and/or speak at a Mayor and Council meeting?
Work Sessions are typically held the first three Tuesdays of the month beginning at 4:00 p.m. Citizens may attend and listen in on these meetings. The Regular Session is typically held at 7:00 p.m. the fourth Tuesday of the month. At the Regular Session, public comments are allowed. The meetings are held in the City Hall Council Chamber located at One East Franklin Street, Hagerstown. Additionally, all meetings are broadcast live on Antietam Cable Channel 25. Mayor & Council meeting can also be viewed on the City of Hagerstown's YouTube channel.
