Jason joined the city in November 2018 as a part-time Nuisance Inspector.  Jason was with Frederick County Correction Department for 8 years.  Jason’s primary focus is administration of the Vacant Structures Program, but he also provides back-up for residential rental and permit inspections.  Jason is certified as a Home Inspector with Maryland DLLR. Jason is certified with ICC as Property Maintenance Inspector.
