The City of Hagerstown is accepting bids from qualified firms to serve as a “backup” to our in-house abatement work for clearing brush, removal and proper disposal of debris, trash, tires, batteries, construction materials, or other related items at the addresses as furnished by the City’s Code Administration staff.
