The City of Hagerstown welcomes Audrey Rouzer Portraits to the former Nicodemus Building at 170 W. Washington St. The official grand opening and ribbon cutting celebration for Audrey Rouzer Portraits took place on March 14 and was attended by Mayor Tekesha Martinez (who, in addition to presenting a proclamation on the City’s behalf, also presented a citation on behalf of Delegate Brooke Grossman who was in Annapolis), Washington County Business Development Director Jonathan Horowitz, City of Hagerstown Economic Coordinator Cassie Hershberger, the City’s Community Engagement Officer Brittany Arizmendi, and friends and family members of Audrey Rouzer.
Audrey Rouzer is the owner of the business that opened in 2019, which is now in its first year of operation out of this newly renovated studio space. Audrey Rouzer Portraits offers various sales packages, Boudie Calls (discounts for model releases for specific themes), and Christmas giveaways for the community.
Providing clients with an incredible experience is what the professionals at Audrey Rouzer Portraits pride themselves in delivering. “If you’ve ever wanted to see yourself differently and want an inclusive team of people who will treat you with kindness and help you find self-love, you’re in the right place here,” Audrey promises.
