HOW TO PARTICIPATE

• Stop by Hagerstown Police Department or City Hall to pick up your free chalk (if needed)
• During the week of September 17th—23rd, 2023 color an area of sidewalk with chalk to show peace, love, and unity—show that you are against gangs and violence.
• (No nudity, sexual images or adult language)
• Take a picture of your artwork and email the picture to dstaley@hagerstownpd.org

Along with your name, age, age group you are competing in, and contact information for a guardian is attached to your submission
