The Studios on NoPo are 4 studio apartments reserved for artist housing. Situated in the City of Hagerstown’s Arts & Entertainment District, the rent (as of November, 2020, $450 for the one available unit) includes water and sewer, parking, wifi, and trash removal. One dog or cat, less than 25 pounds, is permitted with a $250 pet deposit. Features include modern appliances, central air, energy efficient windows, laundry facilities in the unit, and a sprinkler system. There is no dedicated space, other than your apartment, for doing artwork in, nor is there a gallery space in the building. However, the location of the apartments puts tenants within walking distance of numerous restaurants, entertainment venues, and the City’s Cultural Trail which connects downtown to the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts in City Park.
A one month security deposit is required.
