Virtual Embody Yoga Series

Yoga is a journey of self that brings many physical, mental, and emotional benefits. Through Yoga postures, mindfulness, and breathing techniques, we are able to naturally lower stress and anxiety, learn how to find calm in our busy lives, and reduce our chances of lifestyle diseases, such as hypertension. This series with Michelle Grimes encompasses Yoga postures to build strength, mobility, and flexibility, as well as proper breathing techniques to improve overall health and well-being. Deep relaxation, mindful movement, and breath awareness, will be included in every class! $115/returning students /100 milers/etc.$140/new student.

"Learn or review Mainstream Square Dance Calls" All ages are welcome and it is free! 
Learn the basics of square dance. Low impact exercise from the comfort and safety of your home. All you need is internet access, and enroll in this activity number. You will be sent a Zoom meeting invitation in the receipt notes of your email confirmation. Spreading the love of square dance to others and sharing his passion world-wide, instructor Dan Grimes, has been square dancing since 1971, been active in several square dance clubs over the years, and taken up the fine art of calling for about 4 years. Free.

Virtual Strength Training

This full body workout is designed to tone and strengthen all of your muscles and is suitable for both beginners and experienced students. Join us on Zoom to get stronger while staying at home. Plan on bringing your own hand weights to class, and a mat if you have one. No weights? No problem! You can use soup cans, milk jugs, or whatever you have on hand. Class includes a cardio warm-up followed by full body toning. We will hit the core before we finish with a stretch sequence. You will leave this class feeling strong and ready for anything. Belly Dance Technique and Choreography
