Join us for our dance fitness series and have fun dancing your way to better health. Enjoy easy to follow dance and fitness moves choreographed to upbeat music from around the world. Instructor, Charna Moore.  Adults 18+. $40/6-wks, $10/class. 
Virtual Strength Training

This full body workout is designed to tone and strengthen all of your muscles and is suitable for both beginners and experienced students. Join us on Zoom to get stronger while staying at home. Plan on bringing your own hand weights to class, and a mat if you have one. No weights? No problem! You can use soup cans, milk jugs, or whatever you have on hand. Class includes a cardio warm-up followed by full body toning. We will hit the core before we finish with a stretch sequence. You will leave this class feeling strong and ready for anything. Belly Dance Technique and Choreography

Belly Dancing is a great way to have fun, meet new people, and discover new muscles! This class will teach dance posture, isolation's, shimmies, and traveling steps all combined into a short choreography. Class is online or in person, with access to a private Facebook where you can review classes. Led by Aleesa Banzhoff. $80/8-weeks. No drop-ins.

A fun way to develop coordination, strength, and flexibility and boost self-confidence and agility. Kids ages 3 years and up will love learning the basics of gymnastics, engaging with Coach Paula Shaibani in this interactive, 30-minute online class. $6/ class.
