The Code Administration Team is comprised of individuals dedicated to ensuring public health, safety and welfare through a variety of permitting, licensing and inspection programs. Team members are assigned to three interrelated offices; the Permit Office, the Program Office and the Compliance Office.

As a regulatory and licensing office the Code Administration Team is charged with enforcing City Code. Our goal is voluntary compliance. The Team appreciates that the vast majority of our customers want to promote a safe and prosperous City which serves to improve the quality of all housing stock, commercial structures and investment properties.

Organizational Structure
The Code Administration Division is part of the Department of Engineering and Code Administration. The City Engineer serves as the Department Manager.
