Downtown Hagerstown Welcomes Hager Watches

The City of Hagerstown is proud to welcome Hager Watches to 36 South Potomac Street, Suite 204. There will be a ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration for media and invited guests on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. with Mayor Bob Bruchey and members of City Council.

Founded in 2009, Hager Watches was established with the idea of creating an affordable automatic watch at the highest quality possible for customers who had never previously owned an automatic watch. Hager Watches is owned and operated by Pete Brown, and his customers can expect expertly crafted pieces made to withstand the test of time. Mr. Brown commented, “We aren’t just selling watches, we are selling the experience of owning a luxury timepiece. We’ve been featured in a number of reviews, articles, and blogs, and our watches were recently rated one of the best American watches available by askmen.com and one of the 6 ‘American Watch Brands Every Man Should Know’ by Esquire.”

“Hager Watches’ opening in Downtown Hagerstown is another example of the City of Hagerstown’s growing and diverse economy,” said Randy Gray, Business Development Specialist for the City of Hagerstown. “The growth of many local business entrepreneurs in downtown show that Hagerstown’s business community is back on track and that the Hub City is showing signs of a healthy economy.”

Hager Watches is currently open by appointment only.
