Sculpt- Yoga & Pilates * New Class with Christa Angelo

Starting February 4, 2017.
Saturday from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
$50 for 7-week series.
Class will not meet 2/18/17. 

Location: The Fit Room at Fairgrounds Park, 532 North Cannon Ave.

New class, great value! Our first-ever "Sculpt- Yoga & Pilates" series led by instructor, Christa Angelo. See improvements in flexibility, posture, and abdominal strength- and decreased in back, neck, and joint pain. Designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body, focus on breathing patterns and build up core fortification through specific exercises for targeted stretching and support.

Minimum registration level: 8 people pre-registered.

Gentle Yoga  *

Starting February 2, 2017 - March 9, 2017
Thursday nights from 4:45 p.m.- 5:45 p.m.
$55 for 6-weeks, $10 drop-in.
Location: The Fit Room at Fairgrounds Park, 532 North Cannon Ave.

This 6-week session will lead you in a guided gentle yoga practice one day a week for improved focus, breath technique, and resilience. Enjoy a moderate, low-impact exercise routine simple enough for beginners who want to try yoga for the first time, yet effective enough for real results for everyone.

Restorative Yoga


January 31- March 7, 2017
Tuesdays, 5:45 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.
Drop-in: $10 (cash or check accepted on-site)

Restorative yoga is the art of relaxation! This class is appropriate for anyone seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle, nourishing practice. The combination of gentle and slow yoga aims to open the body and improve range of motion and joint mobility, while releasing stress and tension. Students with chronic conditions, injuries and arthritis are especially welcome to benefit from this class. All levels welcome, no previous yoga experience necessary. This therapeutic practice encourages peace of mind, and helps with managing pain and stress.
Please bring a yoga mat and a pillow to each class. 

FUN FLOW YOGA SATURDAYS

Location: Meets at Robinwood Medical Center, Suite #142 - Silver or Blue entrance
Start your weekend off to the right foot; drop in any Saturday morning for an hour with Michelle Grimes. Experience and learn how Yoga can activate your metabolism, improve your posture, and facilitate improved circulation. Recommended age 18 & older (or age 15 & up with parental consent)
