New class, great value! Our first-ever "Sculpt- Yoga & Pilates" series led by instructor, Christa Angelo. See improvements in flexibility, posture, and abdominal strength- and decreased in back, neck, and joint pain. Designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body, focus on breathing patterns and build up core fortification through specific exercises for targeted stretching and support.

This 6-week session will lead you in a guided gentle yoga practice one day a week for improved focus, breath technique, and resilience. Muscle meets Yoga in this toning, total body workout! This class will combine the use of light free weights, cardio, with traditional Vinyasa Yoga postures to help build lean muscle mass and boost metabolism. Tone your body, calm your mind, and find balance in this fun, challenging series! Class is set to fun, up-beat music! Please bring yoga mat, towel, and water; weights are provided. Led by Michelle Grimes.
