This amazing class will move at a slower pace where students will synchronize breath with movement through a calm, sweet flow practice. Slow Flow is a great opportunity for students to learn more about the postures of yoga and explore breathing techniques and meditation, or just slow down and unwind. The room will be slightly heated (75-80 degrees Fahrenheit) to encourage detoxification and stimulate the glandular systems while cultivating strength, flexibility, and balance. Experience improved range of motion and joint mobility while releasing stress and tension from the mind and body. Students with chronic conditions, injuries, and arthritis are especially welcome to benefit from this class! The class will be practiced by candle light to calm the nervous system and encourage peace of mind. All levels welcome, from beginners to more experienced students.
Please bring a yoga mat to class.
