Tai Chi For Balance and Movement

This program aims to improve balance and movement by introducing principles and postures of Tai Chi. Relieve tension and reconnect with your body through this low-impact flow exercise hour. Meets Mondays & Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. 
Classes held indoors at the Fit Room at Fairgrounds Park (532 N. Cannon Ave.) 

Current Series: 

Drop-ins welcome for one-hour guided gentle practice, $10 per class (cash or check accepted on-site). 
January 23- March 4, 2017 Mondays & Saturdays at 9:00 a.m.

Upcoming Series: 

Chose to practice guided Tai Chi for one hour a week (for $35) or twice weekly ($45) throughout this six-week series.
March 13- April 22, 2017 Mondays & Saturdays at 9:00 a.m.  Click here to sign up for twice/week!
