| Highlight Hagerstown |
 |
The Hagerstown Beautification Advisory Committee (HBAC) is sponsoring its award program, "Highlight Hagerstown”. This annual event recognizes those who have contributed to boosting the curb appeal of the City. Individuals may nominate themselves or another person. Properties will be selected based on landscaping, painting, facade improvement, and overall appeal. Nominations are being accepted from now until Jul 31 and awards will be presented at a future Mayor and Council session.
